Start and duration

Membership begins on the date my first annual fee is received. Start date and dated receipt of payment are confirmed in a welcome letter, which serves as proof of membership. Membership is open-ended and may be terminated in writing; notice must be received at least three months before the end of the current fee year and takes effect at the end of that year.
