Bringing artists to Oldenburg to create here what will be heard here for the first time — that was one of the association’s three pillars from the start. In 2023 it became a programme: the Estonian composer Liisa Hõbepappel lived in Oldenburg with her family and worked on a commission from the association. It grew into a collaboration between Oldenburg and Tallinn that continues today.
