Der Hundesalon · Niclas Tim Schröer
“Der Hundesalon” (The Dog Salon) is a children’s concert commissioned by the association from Niclas Tim Schröer, to a libretto by Amelie Mohr. A narrator tells the story and five musicians play — prepared and accompanied at the piano by Christoph Gützkow.
It was premiered at the culture weekend on Haarenstraße, open air on the Bruns and Isensee grounds: four performances from 7 to 9 June 2024, free of charge, alternating with “Der Fischer, seine Frau und ein Butt”. In December 2024 the local broadcaster oeins recorded it for its “Sonntagskonzerte” series.
